The Graintec Silky Polisher machine polishes the rice surface by spraying water Jet also with compressed air through the mixing chamber and creating friction among the rice grains using milling rollers.The machine is specifically designed and best suited for raw rice, steam rice, boiled rice and Par-boiled rice.

Graintec Pneumatic rubber Sheller machine is used for de-husking paddy and is fitted with two rubber rolls that run in opposite directions.

The Graintec Length grader machine has rotating indented cylinder to separate broken or shorter grain from whole grain by length. As the cylinder rotates, the shorter grains get lifted until a point where the grain is dislodged by gravity in a collection and discharged through screw conveyor.
Specially designed indents make sure there is no rice among the separated broken. The full-grain length remains at the bottom of the cylinder and travels to a separate discharge outlet

Graintec Vibro-Destoner precisely removes stones and other foreign impurities from the input product on the basis of their difference of densities controlled by fluid motion.
